USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
4.4 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your se98 account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. se98 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of KYC procedures.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the se98 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), except for USDT TRC20 transactions which are processed in USDT and converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
4.6 Refused Withdrawals. se98 reserves the right to withhold or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal would breach any applicable regulatory requirement.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. 5.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your wallet balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to a technical error or connectivity issue are not valid.

10.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, se98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
10.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be entirely excluded, se98's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Third-Party Services. The se98 platform may integrate third-party game studios, data feed providers, and payment processors. se98 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processing delays caused by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking partners.

11.3 Effect of Termination.
